For any property you are interested in I can arrange a “showing” – this is a typically 30-minute visit of a home to tour the home and consider whether it suits your needs

In order to evict tenants for owner occupation there are steps that must be carefully followed and tenants have the right to appeal such notices. If you’re considering buying a tenant-occupied home we can discuss the process and considerations
